16–18 September 2026

The event for founders ready to take AI seriously.

You've been telling clients you're "integrating AI across the business" for months. What you actually mean is you've got a paid Claude subscription, one project that mostly works, and a list of half-built GPTs you don't open anymore. Let's change that, shall we?

Three days. Real talk. Real results. The conversation you've been having with yourself, finally out loud.

You already know AI matters.
That's not your problem.

Your problem is you've been watching this conversation move past you for months, and you can feel the gap widening between the founders in your space who understand this and the ones who are pretending. Two of your competitors launched AI-native offers in the last quarter. You've got a Google doc called "AI strategy" that hasn't been opened since March. The course you bought in spring is still sitting there. You haven't told anyone how behind you feel because you're meant to be the one who's ahead.

You've read the LinkedIn posts. You've seen the breathless threads about agents and the doom pieces about job losses. You've heard everything, and you still don't know what's actually true for your business.

That's the problem AI Unfiltered exists to solve. Not by adding more information. By cutting through it.

This isn't another
AI summit.

It's the conversation you've been having with yourself at 11pm, finally happening in a room with people who can actually answer it.

For three days you're going to hear from founders who are using AI to run, scale and rethink their businesses. Not theorising. Not selling courses. Building. Some of them have made the wins look easy. Some have burnt money in public. All of them will tell you what they actually did, including the bits that didn't work.

You'll hear things on Day Three that most people in this industry won't say in public. There's money in pretending AI is simple, safe and a guaranteed win. It isn't simple, it isn't always safe, and it's not a guaranteed anything. But used properly, it changes what's possible for your business.

That's the conversation we're having.

The arc of three days

Three days.
Three powerful
themes.

A deliberate progression from clarity to capability to the questions nobody else is asking. By Thursday afternoon you will know where you stand, what you're building, and what you've quietly been avoiding.

Day 1

Operational, Marketing
& Sales AI

You will leave Wednesday knowing which three workflows in your business you've been over-engineering, and which one you've been avoiding because it threatens your team structure. You'll see the automations that are actually saving people hours, and the ones that look impressive on Facebook and quietly waste a fortnight to build.

Adopt AI without setting your business on fire. Or your team. Or your nervous system.

Wednesday 16 September
Day 2

Revenue-Generating
AI

You will leave Thursday with a clear view of what your clients will pay for in 2027 that didn't exist in 2024. You'll see expert founders turning their IP into products that sell while they sleep, and you'll know whether your offer suite is positioned for what's coming or quietly built for the market that's leaving.

New offers, new margins, new client expectations. The bit nobody's telling you about is what disappears.

Thursday 17 September
Day 3

Innovation,
Ethics
& Leadership

You will leave Friday having heard the conversations people are having privately and not posting. Industry disruption, ethical lines that are about to get crossed, and what it actually means to lead a conscious business when the ground is moving this fast.

Some of the speakers will disagree with each other. You'll have to decide where you stand.

Gemma Went, host

Gemma Went.

I've been building businesses, mentoring founders, and obsessing over what works in business for over a decade. I run The Lighthouse, where I help expert founders build businesses that compound, creating trust, capacity and leverage as a system, not a hustle.

I run the Conscious AI Collective, which is where AI Unfiltered lives. The Collective exists because I got tired of two extremes: the AI hype merchants on one side, and the AI doom-mongers on the other. Most founders are stuck somewhere in the middle, trying to make sensible decisions with terrible information.

I use AI in my business every day. I've built tools, automations and entire workflows on it. I've also pulled the plug on AI experiments that weren't working. I've made expensive mistakes. I've had unreasonable wins. I'll talk about all of it.

This event is the conversation I wish someone had run for me 18 months ago.

— Gemma

Three days with us beats three years of catching up later.

You don't need to become an AI expert. You do need to know what it means for your business, what to ignore, and what to act on.

The founders who figure this out in 2026 will be the ones writing the case studies in 2028. The ones who keep meaning to get to it will be reading them.

You've already decided AI matters.

The only question is whether you're going to figure this out on your own, in fragments, between client work and family and the next thing on your list, or whether you're going to give it three days, in a room with people who are taking this as seriously as you are.

What this isn't.

×

A "ten ChatGPT prompts" event

If a swipe file is what you need, you can buy one on Etsy.

×

A tool demo summit

You will not sit through sponsored walkthroughs.

×

A hype event

Nobody is going to promise you'll get rich while you sleep.

×

A beginner course

We assume you've used ChatGPT. We're going past the basics.

×

Same old

You'll hear things on Day Three you won't hear anywhere else this year.

×

For the tire-kicker

If you're AI-curious and want to dip a toe in, this isn't your event. This is for the founder who has already decided and is ready to move.

Two bonuses
you won't find
anywhere else.

Included with every ticket

A digital gift bag
worth thousands.

Every speaker and sponsor contributes a real product, tool, course, template or workflow. The kind of thing you'd pay for separately and never get round to buying.

Worth the ticket price several times over.

Quick

Still on the fence? WhatsApp us, we'd rather have the conversation than have you wonder.

Question not here? WhatsApp us
Three days is a lot. Do I have to attend everything live? +
No. Sessions are live, if you want to watch anything on replay you can upgrade to the VIP ticket and get lifetime access. Pick what matters most to you, watch the rest on your time.
What is the implementation day? +
On 21 September Gemma will hold a live implementation and mastermind day from 10am to 4pm, guiding you to the actions that will move the needle most in your business.
Is this relevant if I'm already using AI in my business? +
Yes. Most attendees will be using some AI already. The summit is built for founders who want to go past the basics, not founders starting from zero.
Will there be specific tools and platforms covered? +
Where they're useful, yes. This isn't a tool-demo summit, but we won't shy away from naming what's working and what isn't.
Is there a refund policy? +
There's a refund policy up to 1 July. After that you're welcome to sell or transfer your ticket if you can't attend, just let us know the name and email of who's going in your place.
I can't attend live. Is the replay enough? +
For most of it, yes. The conversations are the value, not the on-screen presence. That said, the live questions and chat are part of what makes this work, so come live where you can, and make the most of the implementation mastermind day with Gemma afterwards, where you'll get direct support.
Will there be sponsors pitching me things? +
No. There may be partners and sponsored speakers, but no pitch-fests are allowed.

You've already decided AI matters.

The only question left is whether you'll figure this out on your own, in fragments, or whether you'll give it three days in a room with the people who are taking this as seriously as you are.

Three days. No filter.
Real answers.
